Dawn Ulley

Vice President, Implementation Services

Dawn Ulley’s over 20-year career in education began as a high school English teacher. Before joining Learning Ally, she served as the founding Head of Implementation of ABC Mouse, and VP of Early Literacy for Achieve3000. Dawn also served as the first director of implementation for Lexia Learning, a Rosetta Stone Company. Prior to that role, she was the executive director of New York City for Voyager Sopris Learning, where her efforts helped to significantly improve New York City students’ literacy skills. Dawn got her start in professional development as a senior literacy consultant for America’s Choice (Pearson) schools in New York City, Pittsburgh, Boston, and Philadelphia. Her "why" is to ensure that the term "struggling reader" no longer needs to exist.
