Andrew Singleton

National Director, Engagement and Inclusion

Serving as National Director of State Initiatives and DE&I Lead, Andrew Singleton is responsible for working with state Department of Education leaders in order to collaborate on fulfillment, engagement and growth strategies. In addition, as Learning Ally’s DE&I Lead, Andrew executes on the overall DE&I corporate strategy that ultimately supports the needs of underserved communities. Andrew has spent over 10 years in education technology through both sales and customer success engagements advancing both reading and writing technologies designed to help educators and students bridge the literacy gap.

Prior to joining Learning Ally, Andrew's extensive experience includes working for mature companies and leading start-up enterprises both nationally and internationally in the B2B and B2C sectors across finance, healthcare and consumer goods. Andrew has served as a member of the Council of the Great City Schools Achievement committee, and as a member of the Somerset County NJ business partnership committee. Additionally, Andrew was the co-founder of Pershing’s Cultural Awareness Network (CAN) focused on employee retention by bringing a diverse group of individuals together to learn from and network with one another. Andrew holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia University and partially completed his executive MBA from the same university, is certified in Miller Heiman’s Large Account Management Process, received additional accreditation in international business from the London School of The Institute of Independent Business International, and earned his Series 6, 63, 7 and 24 licenses through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly NASD).
