Upload Your Child's Proof of Eligibility Documentation: How to Guide to Get Started


Review eligibility requirements

There are four ways to provide eligibility listed on the page: Give us your specialists information so we can call them, upload the documents yourself, provide your Bookshare membership information, or you call us for help. In the following steps, we are going to focus on how you can upload this documentation yourself directly from your computer.

Step 1

Log in to your account and create your child's account.

Step 2

Once you create your child's account you will be prompted to submit his or her proof of eligibility. Select Option 2, upload your documentation.

Step 3

Select the necessary documents from your computer and upload them to Learning Ally. You can review eligibility requirements here. You will need one of the following to prove eligibility: 504 documentation, IEP documentation, a notice from a specialist, or Learning Ally's proof of disability form signed by your specialist.

Step 4

Learning Ally will review your documents as quickly as possible. You will be notified when your proof of eligibility is approved or if further action needs to be taken.

Step 5

Enjoy unlimited use of audiobooks upon approval!
