Children will have fun learning how science is part of their everyday lives with the "First Science" series, a voyage of discovery into the world of science. Bold eye-catching photographs and hands-on activities make these books "child-friendly" -- inviting to look at, interesting topics, and fun activities. The choice of concepts will fit into most primary science curricula, while the activities help to reinforce the concepts presented in the text.
