Synopsis

Learning Digital Media helps students explore web and digital career paths while learning basic layout principles, typography, digital photography, creating animations, and graphics skills and applications. Critical employability and 21st Century Skills connections and activities are integrated throughout to prepare today’s students for the workplace. Supports preparation for the Adobe Certified Associate certification in Flash and Dreamweaver. The Getting Started section provides an overview of the Web and Digital Communications career pathway including available careers, business and industry employers, and the education and skill requirements necessary for careers in this pathway, as well as employment trends and emerging technologies.
