- In case you weren’t aware, New England Patriots draft pick Malcolm Mitchell was named
Georgia’s Children’s Author of the Year after publishing “The Magician’s Hat”. Mitchell isn’t stopping there. His youth literacy initiative, Read with Malcolm, is collaborating with Learning Ally to help promote children’s reading over the summer so they don’t start the school year rusty in the books. Learning Ally provides reading and learning solutions for those affected by dyslexia, blindness or visual impairment and a host of other disabilities. According to Learning Ally, Mitchell will assist and encourage participation in the organization’s sports-themed “Ready, set, read!” program this summer. Read more at
