When RFB&D teamed up with the Little League's world renowned Challenger Division to support an inspired group of ballplayers in New Jersey, the result could only be a high-scoring game in which everybody won.
Around this time each year, Little League Baseball players throughout the country are competing for a coveted spot in the Little League World Series slated for later this month in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This past weekend, the New Jersey State Finals was hosted in Hamilton, New Jersey – only 10 miles from RFB&D’s national headquarters in Princeton. On Sunday afternoon, the Little Leaguers made way for another group of ballplayers: an incredibly inspiring gathering of kids participating in The Challenger Division game. The
Challenger Division of the Little League
enables boys and girls with physical and mental challenges to enjoy the game of baseball along with millions of other children who participate in this sport around the globe. Today more than 30,000 children participate in more than 900 Challenger Divisions worldwide. RFB&D was proud to be a sponsor of this year’s New Jersey Challenger Division game, and a few of us were honored to witness this fantastic event in person and root for this amazing group of ballplayers. We expect this will be the beginning of a long-standing friendship between our two not-for-profit organizations, and wish everyone a continued happy and safe summer. Special thanks to our photography friends who did a great job of capturing all of the day’s events made available for your viewing pleasure at
