Nineteen year old Thomas Rayburn from Huntsville, Alabama is attending Mississippi State University for a degree in mechanical engineering. He says, “Early elementary school was hard. I had issues with reading from the very start of my academic journey. I struggled to keep up with other students. I was unable to attend the same classes and learn with my peers. I knew I was smart enough, but my reading ability kept me from doing well academically. I was finally diagnosed with dyslexia. My parents sought resources to support me. Learning Ally completely changed how I learned and my life. I can compete with my peers at the same level, and my confidence is good.
