Babu's Song

Synopsis

Bernardi loves football and would like to go to school, too, but his grandfather, Babu, can't afford to buy Bernardi a school uniform. Instead, Babu makes toys and Bernardi sells them at the market. Together they make enough money to get by and one night Babu gives Bernardi a present - a handmade music box. At the market next Saturday a tourist offers Bernardi so much money for it that he cannot resist - because now he can buy the football he's always wanted. However, when Bernardi gets home it's time to confess he's sold his present...
