Synopsis

Charlotte can't believe it. Her father is considering another move ... to Oxford, England. This can't be happening--not after she's finally settled into the seventh grade at Abigail Adams Junior High and become best friends with Avery, Katani and Maeve--the Beacon Street Girls! Charlotte can't move now! There's Marty, the dog to take care of; a chance to write for the school paper; a project to make blankets for the homeless; , and the new Social Dance class at the community center. And Isabel Martines--a new girl from Detroit--has just been added to the girls' lunch group. Can five girls get along as well as four? Will the blankets ever be finished? Will Charlotte have to move away from the Beacon Street Girls forever?
