Melissa Stutsman leads Learning Ally’s nationwide sales strategy and external partnership initiatives that support districts and schools across the country. Since joining Learning Ally, she has launched AI tools, provided coaching, maintained rigorous pipeline management, and championed data‑driven planning. Melissa collaborates with executive leadership on go‑to‑market strategies and the development of competitive, district‑specific RFP responses that have increased large‑scale contracts.
With more than two decades of K‑12 sales and EdTech expertise, Melissa has a consistent record of accelerating growth, building customer relationships, and scaling sales organizations. Prior to Learning Ally, she served as a Nationwide Senior Enrollment Director at StudySmart. Earlier roles include senior sales leadership positions at Varsity Tutors, where she created the company’s first comprehensive sales training program and helped boost online revenue by 300 percent, and Sylvan Learning, where she oversaw six learning centers and led district‑wide quality initiatives.
