With over two decades of experience, she specializes in helping mission-driven organizations in the EdTech sector scale from startup phases to strategic maturity.

Her professional focus lies in translating organizational vision into actionable plans, aligning teams, and building effective systems. She operates on the belief that the strongest organizations are built at the intersection of culture and strategy. Driven by the conviction that literacy is foundational to personal growth, Gretchen is dedicated to Learning Ally’s mission to help learners reach their full potential.

Outside of her professional life, Gretchen has interests in design, fashion, and fitness, and serves as a bootcamp instructor. She is also a mother to two sons and owns two dogs.
