Courtney McCall brings a wealth of experience to Learning Ally as the Senior Director of Engagement and Learning. This includes valuable time spent in the classroom, extensive non-profit grant and programmatic leadership, most notably for two USDOE grants aimed at recruiting and rewarding high-quality teaching practices, as well as experience leading organizational change initiatives. This firsthand understanding of the educational landscape fuels a deep passion for crafting experiences that are not only strategic but deeply purposeful. By thoughtfully blending strategy with boundless creativity, Courtney helps shape initiatives that drive engagement, spark curiosity, and bring people together in truly meaningful ways.
