Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that match charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies even match gifts made by retirees, spouses, and board members, or provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours.
Most programs match dollar for dollar, and some will double or triple the amount of your gift. Search for your employer to see if your gift qualifies and get the forms you need.
Join our Vision Society
Create educational opportunity, a path for brighter futures, and your personal legacy. The Vision Society recognizes everyone who includes Learning Ally in their will or estate plans — at any level.

Much of our philanthropic support comes through outright contributions, but sometimes those gifts do not reflect all a donor might want to do. Founded in 1948, Learning Ally has steadfastly maintained a deep commitment to students who struggle to read the printed word, and the Vision Society was established to recognize and thank those who help carry that commitment forward.
Legacy gifts ensure that support for these students will continue for generations to come, and legacy donors may be able to create tax advantages for themselves and their family. We encourage you to consult your financial advisor about a bequest, charitable trust, or naming Learning Ally as a beneficiary.

Give appreciated securities
Giving appreciated securities or mutual funds is a fast and easy way to make a gift to Learning Ally — and it may help you diversify your assets and minimize capital gains taxes.
Learn moreShow less
It is almost always a better strategy to give appreciated securities directly to Learning Ally rather than selling them and donating the proceeds. Many donors find the tax benefits actually allow them to increase the size of their gift.
If you own securities that have lost value, you can sell the stock, take the capital loss deduction, and make a gift to advance student success.
