Spotlight on Dyslexia virtual conference

Empowering educator expertise: Believe, Build & Bolster. When it comes to dyslexia, we have to believe in ourselves and our kids, build capacity, learning, support, and bolster and strengthen classroom practices.

This two-day event includes:

  • Keynote presentations from Emily Hanford and Stanislas Dehaene that provide insights on the power of appropriate literacy instruction and how the brain learns to read.
  • An enlightening session where attendees will participate in a dyslexia simulation to help them understand the struggling reader experience.
  • Engaging presentations from experts who will build your knowledge around the science of reading and the dyslexic brain.
  • First-rate presentations from educators with strategies, accommodations, interventions, and the support you need to transform classroom practice.
  • Pre-recorded 20-minute EdTalk sessions available to you up to a full week before the live event.
  • Up to 30 CE Certificates.
  • Networking with fellow educators in an innovative virtual space.
  • Expo Hall and an event game with prizes.
