It’s human nature to want the best. We want to know the best restaurant, be referred to the best doctor, our children to have the best teacher, and the school to be led by the best principal and superintendent. However, for those of us who are educators and administrators, we know that some days we don’t feel our best, and we certainly don’t perform at our best. Emotions of inadequacy and feeling like an imposter might creep into our minds when the heaviness of education starts to weigh down.
This edWebinar aims to flip your mindset and provide the words you need to hear to keep you motivated as an educator and administrator. Our not-so-good days can be turned into our best days. Our classrooms and schools can be turned into havens of learning where failure happens, where stories are told, where belief takes shape, and where we get down to business instead of “busy-ness.” So, if you need a beginning-of-the-school-year pep talk, here it is!
This edWebinar will be of interest to K-12 teachers, librarians, and school and district leaders. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
