Donna Dillon Manning

Board Member

Donna Manning practiced corporate and security law with a Wall Street firm following graduation from law school. She served as the Executive Director of Strategic Planning for the Institute for Advance Study in Princeton, NJ. At the time she retired she was Vice President of Corporate Board Placement at Catalyst.

During her career, Donna sat on numerous corporate and charitable boards.She recently stepped down after 20 years as chairman of the board of the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France and is a member of the board of the Foreign Policy Association and the Council of International Advisors of the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She served on the board of Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic for eleven year and was chairman for eight years. She is presently a Director Emerita.

A graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, Donna also holds an MS degree in French and Education from the State University of New York, a JD from Columbia University School of Law, and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

She and her husband, Larry Horner, live in Los Cabos, Baja, Mexico.
