Our New Denver Studio Leader, Audrey Santos

Categories: Assistive Technology, Volunteerism

We’re happy to announce the addition of our new Studio Leader, Audrey Santos, to the Denver Studio. In this role, Audrey will be working with the Denver Studio team providing studio and volunteer leadership and support. We look forward to all the exciting things happening around the Denver studio, including our Learning Ally Student Success and National Achievement Awards weekend April 14th. pic“I have been with the Denver Learning Ally studio for nearly three weeks, and am excited to be a part of this extraordinary organization. During my time here I have met some pretty amazing and extremely dedicated people. My personality is inclusive in nature, and I believe that everyone has value, a voice, and something to contribute. Externally I tend to be reserved, but am a musician, poet and artist at heart. I appreciate innovation, problem solving, and all forms of creativity. I am excited about our plans in Denver, many of which will be coming to fruition soon. I am excited about our efforts to get more involved within the larger Denver community, in and creating more opportunities for student and volunteer engagement and success. Together we can truly become allies for those whom [traditional] learning is a struggle. Anytime a barrier can be broken down, or successfully navigated for any learner, then the world becomes a better place for everyone. I look forward to meeting and working with the Learning Ally team of staff, volunteers, students, parents, teachers, and all allies.” -Audrey Santos Audrey can be reached at the Denver studio at 303-374-9082 or by email at aSantos@LearningAlly.org.
